![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() This gets sticky when anybody doing so is accused of something like racism/sexism/etc. If you deal with the public you are allowed to refuse service to absolutely anybody for any or no reason. While employers often don't allow their employees to follow this up, it is nonetheless true. Any industry that caters to the general public has legal precedent to refuse service to anybody, for any or no reason. People in this thread have made the point that a place in the service industry (a hotel was used as an example near the start) cannot arbitrarily remove you from the premises. ![]()
